Can I change an order after I've placed it?

To change your order details please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already be despatched we will try to change the item for the correct size, or colour. Contact us with your order reference number and the details you wish to change.


How do I use a voucher code?

When you are ready to purchase your items you will see a "Use Coupon Code" on the "Cart" page. Enter your Promotional Code and click Apply Coupon. This will appear as a deduction at the Checkout.


How will my order be packaged?

We send all orders in plain, non-branded outer packaging. We feel this keeps the order secure during transit and is perfect for keeping gifts secret.


How can I return/exchange my order?

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally process them the day we receive the returned items. You will receive an email notification once your refund, or exchange is complete.


Will I get the postage charges back if I return my order?

If you return your whole order within 14 days (starting the day after you get your goods), we will refund the original standard postage costs for your order.


You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We can't refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days or if you only cancel part of your order.


If you wish to exchange an item we will refund your postage cost (up to the value of €‌14.00 on orders over €‌69.00) once the replacement item is sent.


I have received a faulty item what should I do?

Contact us and let us know your item is faulty. Upon receipt, our Customer Care team assess all returns and if faulty we will issue a replacement and a refund of your return postage.
